Craig Jahnke
Craig Jahnke, Strategic Advisor - AvePoint                               
Craig is a Stategic Advisor at AvePoint and the co-founder of the Elgin SharePoint Users Group. He has been interested in technology since getting a Commodore 64 for Christmas. He has been working in professionally in the technology field for the past 12 years. He started working with SharePoint as a side project to his main job about 7 years ago and been working primarly with SharePoint for the past 4 years. He is a member of several user groups and loves to get together with others and talk about technology and how it best can be used to solve business problems.

Tony Hotko

Tony Hotko joined the Sterling Management Team in 2012 to develop a new line of service offerings to support our client’s Information Technology needs and initiatives. Tony works with our clients to help them maximize the value they receive from their IT spend. Tony’s vision and drive have propelled the growth and expansion of startup companies and new divisions. As a leader, he has motivated a hand-picked staff of highly dedicated individuals capable of growing business, and providing superior service to clients. In 1989, as founder and CEO of Diamond Consulting, Tony’s passion to succeed drove the company from a startup, to a small consulting practice, a​nd finally into a $5 million, highly-competitive IT staffing solutions firm with an 18 year history. In 2007, Laurus Technologies acquired Diamond and Tony took on the role of VP of Talent Solutions. There he was responsible for all corporate recruiting functions and also built out an IT staffing practice to generate revenue turning the cost of recruiting into a new profit center for the company. Tony is also the founder of the Chicago SharePoint “Share-A-Pint” Group, which has monthly meetings in Downers Grove, where SharePoint folks gather for roundtable discussions presented by topic-tenders.

Ed Mueller
Ed Mueller, Manager Consultant, Sogeti USA
Ed has over 15 years of IT consulting experience. He has worked at numerous clients in a variety of industries. He enjoys working with clients and helping them find ways to solve business problems using IT. He has experience with a large range of technologies and has been focused on SharePoint for the past four years. His primary area of expertise is custom development with SharePoint and leading offshore teams.

Outside of work Ed has many hobbies including hunting, geocaching and brewing beer, but what he enjoys most is spending time with his two daughters.

Fahad Siddiqui works as a Senior SharePoint Architect and Developer for a Global Manufacturing Firm. During a typical day of work he wears many hats depending on what his projects require. After working in consultancy for more than 6 years he switched sides and jumped to the other side of the fence to work on the client side. He enjoys working with technologies and trying new APIs. He is also a co-founder of the Elgin SharePoint Users Group.

Yvan Hernandez
Yvan Hernandez, Senior Manager Consultant - Sogeti, USA
Yvan is a professional with over 13 years of Information Technology experience on full Application Development Li​fe Cycle projects involving .Net and Client-Side development, SharePoint 2007, 2010, 2013, Power-Shell and different back-end databases like Oracle and SQL Server; with a background on Retail, Manufactory, Insurance and Finance industries. He has also had the opportunity of managing various in-house and independent projects.

Yvan currently leads the Sogeti Collaboration Community for the region, participates at Sogeti's National SharePoint steering committee and engages with clients in SharePoint, .Net, Applications and/or Database Architect roles; he's fluent in Spanish and English.

Outside his client-engagement time, Yvan helps the Chicago Sogeti Unit in a multitude of fronts from recruiting and interviewing to sales driven meetings, proposals and internal trainings around SharePoint; on his free time, Yvan enjoys time away with his family, and also likes to engage in public speaking, being a regular presenter at the Chicago SharePoint "Share-a-Pint" group event; he also enjoys a wide selection of sports that range from baseball and table tennis to his all-time favorite rugby.
